- 2oz McTavish Bourbon Whiskey
- 1oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2-3 Fresh Basil Leaves
- Club Soda
- Ice
- Lemon Twist or Basil Sprig (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Mix flour, salt, and cold butter until crumbly.
2. Add McTavish Bourbon Whiskey and ice water, form the dough, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Combine apples, sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, melted butter, and McTavish whiskey.
4. Roll out dough and place in a pie dish.
5. Fill with apple mixture.
6. Add a lattice or decorative top crust.
7. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sugar.
8. Bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes.
9. Let cool before serving.
