what i can tell you is that in the end the prices reflect the S&D, they just don't get there in a straight line

what happened recently was all narratives breaking down at once (fertilizer costs, diesel, China, etc) and at the same time planting went fine. i believe the S&D simply came back and hit the market hard as there was nothing extremely bullish. there were zero talking points outside of planting and the China deal after the WASDE report in May. so now we are back to only a weather market, random China buying(? maybe?), and of course, whatever acres responses we get at the end of the month.

i suspect the acres is the big one here, we usually gain...at the expense of soybeans because Farmers simply love planting Corn...it's a thing. i don't think it moves drastically however, we got 180 mil acres between the two, but the narrative that we get MORE acres regardless of the fertilizer crisis means that the "crisis" was not as crazy as people thought and Farmers went to town in the midwest. that fear drives the markets. July will be more important for weather IMO, that should take center stage and that can be volatile as we know

Corn, Soybeans May Revisit $3, $9 Handles

Corn and soybeans may have peaked near $5 and $12 a bushel, yet speculators are still way long. A normal Corn Belt growing season could pressure prices back toward 2024-25 lows near $3.70 and $9.70, especially if crude oil follows US natural gas lower -- my most likely case heading into the midterms.

i don’t think people understand the can of worms that was opened on twitter in late 2024 regarding H-1B work visas

I am training and onboarding 8 people to the team working on H-1B landlords TODAY. Please support these patriots who are stepping up.

I barely made a dent in the over 100 DMs that I received from patriots just like you who inquired about training to find H-1B landlords in their local area.

Based on data from real estate industry insiders, there are an estimated 100,000 H-1B landlords across the country. Close to 2,000 have been found so far, and we are barely scratching the surface.

By the way, this excludes H-1B mortgage fraud. That is another rabbit hole on its own, and we need the state and federal governments to look into the issue.

As many commentators have said, we just need to enforce the laws currently on the books that have never been enforced.

Coldwater, Michigan - Casey Rice (46), a Branch County Road Commission employee, was mowing along I-69 last week when his tractor was hit by a semi.

The interstate was shut down for 9 hours. Rice was airlifted to the hospital, but did not survive his injuries.

Michigan State Police said drug use by the truck driver may have been a contributing factor, but have not yet said what, if any, criminal charges the still unidentified truck driver may face.

The driver has not been arrested.

think last month was good on that note, i didn't hop on the "end of the world famine" like everyone was and probably saved a fuck ton of money for people and gave them piece of mind

that being said, cautious here shorting this stuff, guys can square off their positions for WASDE though, but it really doesn't matter until end of month for acres...that's the big ticket item
