Service 4 still not showing on the app amongst others, you need to be posting accurate updates(idealy not false ones like me and my work mate received twice last week then were accused of lying about it) so people aren't standing like idiots waiting to get home

Not to mention my weekly bus pass has barely been used as due to the poor services this week I've had to make alternative arrangements costing even more money.

@StagecoachBBird can't make this up, after half the week with the app down, receiving false information from here about buses coming and not coming, the app finally works, but both the 4&6 out of westhill are cancelled at the same time at the start of peak time.

Bus users uk will be getting contacted and will be encouraging others to do so, the stress this company is causing people who just want to go to work and provide for their families is an absolute insult. I feel sorry for the drivers who get the brunt of this.
