Just watched you on BBC b/fast and wanted to say how amazing you are.
I had a stroke in Sept 22 so I fully appreciate the struggle it takes to recover. Fatigue is my biggest enemy! My goal for 2024 is walking Moel Famau mountain (N Wales) in March so wish me luck!
