For the second year in a row, the PLL was voted one of the Best Places to Work in Sports by Sports Business Journal! 🥍🙏
What an incredible honor, @SBJ.
Let's keep building.
“I want you to be able to turn the tape on and your teammate to watch the play you’re doing and say, ‘Man that guy is finishing for me, man I trust that guy.’ Finish for the guy next to you and give everything you’ve got. If we call all look at each other in the eyes and say I gave you what I had, that’s always going to be a good thing,” Dan Campbell
Really cool story: The Utah Archers @PLLArchers won the @PremierLacrosse Championship a few weeks back. They did a teambuilding exercise with my children’s book “Be a Good Teammate” before their semi-final match.
Their coach @ChrisBatesPLL shared with me: “We had our players write positive affirmations for each of their teammates in the book. It was a powerful exercise. Our players took the opportunity very seriously and typically shared a short paragraph of wonderfully supportive comments about each other. And then before the semi-finals, my assistant coach asked each player to then write in their own book a note to themselves. I believe it brought huge value to us in our championship run!”
My 💛 is smiling....

"The goal for USA Lacrosse is to try and grow the sport as big as possible..
It's definitely getting a lot bigger and the PLL has done a great job of growing the sport as well"

Graeme Hossack is the best player you don’t know much about! The Whitby, ON native grew up playing 90% box lacrosse (as most Canadians do) and his box training has made him into one of the best players in the world. The 3x NLL Defensive Player of the Year and 1x PLL Defenseman of the year just won another PLL Championship and is the epitome of what a great defender does!
He’s incredible off the ground, in transition and the clearing game. As a cover guy he’s surgical with his stick in terms of gaining leverage through his holds and he can take it away. He’s fearless in soaking shots, which is something he’s learned from box as well!
Off ball he not only plays great team defense, he has a knack for bone crushing hits.
If you’re a you defender, play as much box lacrosse or small net games and it will be the best thing for your game! Playing defense is as much about have a great stick as playing offense!
The only player in the league with 3️⃣ PLL Championship wins🏆
In each of his four years in the PLL, @MacOKeefe3 has appeared in the Championship game. He has now won three of them 😮💨
