Why is this graph so concerning?
We're double the Delta wave peak of UK and Israel in hospitalizations and show no sign of letting up.
We'll hit 80,000 today and if we don't get slowing we'll exceed the 3rd wave peak of 125,000.
Never thought this would be possible with 💉💉
@AdhesiveCup Here’s a link to it. I’d actually never seen the photo myself until today, only heard about it from family, but it’s just as described. My dad still calls it “9-10 adhesive” even though they switched to the name Super Glue decades ago. Old habits die hard. https://t.co/wgf4r3847t
This is the president less than 24 hours ago. "They won't stand" for the steal he says.
He has fueled this fire, day by day, moment by moment.
Impeach and remove. Now.
NEW from me:
The good: No 2nd term for Trump. Biden likely to get to 270 w/ AZ, MI, WI, NV, NE-2.
The bad: No Republican break from, let alone repudiation of, Trump or Trumpism.
The ugly: Having seen Trump in office, almost half of us voted for a 2nd term. https://t.co/WOm0cENkOZ
USPS disregards court order to conduct sweeps in 12 postal districts after more than 300,000 ballots can’t be traced.
The Postal Service said instead it would stick to its own inspection schedule. https://t.co/JNbC71AeGL
And as long as you’re in line before the polls close, don’t leave until you’ve cast your ballot. Every vote does count with margins this close in Georgia. /end
I’m a moderate person. I have my opinions, but I try to remember that there are always smart people who disagree with me. So if you’re tired of the news, think your one vote won’t matter, or that “both sides” are equally bad, I understand where you’re coming from. But. /1
This is a time to look past party, like the many Rs I know who are voting for Biden. He may not have been my first choice either. But at the end of the day, no one can argue with the fact that he’s good person. And we could use a lot more of that right now. Please go vote. /3
It is deeply disturbing that -- virtually everywhere -- the concerted litigation strategy of the GOP is to make sure that fewer votes count. The strategy goes far, far beyond any legitimate concern about fraud.
@BigZaphod Apple calls this “unexpected touch.” I had my iPhone X screen replaced twice for it. They can run a diagnostic specifically for this issue, but the first tech I spoke to didn’t know about the test, so you may want to mention it by name. https://t.co/fW2TkBcwIU
LEGO interface panels are beautiful, iconic, and great for learning interface design basics.
I bought 52 of them from BrickLink and had a lot of fun last week analysing the design of them all. Here's what I learned: https://t.co/MryEwjSq1f
