600 FIRs in Ranchi

Setting a new benchmark, Jharkhand JMM and Congress government have registered FIRs against 600 students who protested on August 10 and gheraoed the state assembly.

The allegations are of violence. I was there, I have seen students, what they have done and what the police did, we all have seen it.

Instead of apologising for beating men, women, children and journalists, the government chose to register FIRs.

What a messsage! I’ve watched countless videos, but I’ve rarely come across something like this.

Do show this to the children in your family. It is truly worth watching not only because every single word spoken is accurate and on point, but also because not a single girl is laughing foolishly or dismissing what is being said. Every student is actually listening, understanding, and reflecting on the message.

Honestly, it would be difficult to convey the same message in words more mature, thoughtful, and sensible than these.

@smitadeshmukh True. What's worse is that the JM gimmick made a mockery of the severity of a real hunger strike. It portrayed a rosy picture raising questions about it's authenticity. Stidents in Jharkhand fell ill within few days without food. Wish atleast opposition there took this up.

I was there since 10 am, was among students who rushed when the lathicharge began. I did not saw any of it.

These students I spoke to did not see anything, then why police claims stones were pelted?
