@swooneditions every time we call we get empty promises and empty timelines, but nothing every happens. It’s distgusting and has now taken its toll. We will have no choice now but to start legal proceedings as we have paid for something we are clearly not getting
@swooneditions to make matters worse, in April they gave us a replacement sofa, so now I have one full sofa and 2/3 sofa in my house which is making it very hard to get around. Had a c-section 10 days ago and have already fallen over in the night due to the sofa being in the way
@swooneditions ...2/3 of the corner sofa was correct, and 1/3 of it was blue (we ordered tan sofa). Now six weeks on we are being ignored by swoon and they can’t tell us where our missing sofa piece is. 28 calls and countless emails later...no one willing to help
@swooneditions have never experienced such bad customer service as I have with Swoon. Ordered sofa in January. Sofa lost by swoon in April on delivery day. Had to reorder sofa due to be delivered 6 July 2019. Delivery was late by a week and when delivered...
