On March 11, the tsunami turned the entire commercial hub into an apocalyptic swamp.

At night, with zero tower support, they stood on the freezing tarmac with handheld flashlights, guiding massive US Air Force C-130s loaded with emergency supplies onto a dark, cracked strip of concrete.

The Japanese government stared in shock.
SIX MONTHS OF BUREAUCRATIC WORK WAS FINISHED IN 72 HOURS.

Within days, that runway became the lifeline that fed two million starving Japanese citizens.

THAT is the American spirit.
When the world sees an insurmountable wall of disaster,

I was buying coffee a little while ago when a cop came up to me and said, “You’re that Viral News guy, right?”

I said, “Yeah,” and we started chatting. He told me that everyone watches what I do, and we started talking about some of the stupid TikTok videos that some cops are making with influencers.

He said, “At least you make us look good. You show that we’re out here fighting crime. Some of these influencers are making cops look stupid—dancing around, flirting with female cops, and making them look ridiculous.”

Then he said something that really stuck with me:

“I see a lot of people trying to get in your way from telling the truth. Don’t let them get in your way. Keep going. We all have your back. We need you out in the streets.”

He then said, “If it wasn’t for you, no one would know what the hell is going on. You’re the only one in New York City doing what you’re doing. And 99% of the time, you’re literally on the money.”

That actually meant a lot to hear. I’ll keep doing what I’ve always done—showing what’s really happening on the streets.

Their uniform tells two stories
For a small number of Native American soldiers, serving in the U.S. Army doesn’t mean leaving deeply held traditions behind.
The Army can grant individual religious accommodations allowing Native soldiers to keep their long hair and wear sacred eagle feathers while in uniform.
Each request is considered separately based on the soldier’s sincerely held religious beliefs and the Army’s requirements. The Army has confirmed that just 14 soldiers have received this accommodation.
For those approved, it means being able to serve their country while continuing to honor traditions that carry profound spiritual and cultural meaning.
