While I understand that preseason games can be very telling of a team’s talent it’s important to remember most of these guys are still so incredibly young and need to grow still. I have high hopes for the future of the young guns on the caps.

My top 3 takeaways from today’s preseason game.

1) Andrew Cristall is going to be really good with a little more development.
2) Miro is just warming up and will be a beast.
3) Vrana isn’t who he used to be but that’s expected. Give him time and we will see where he’s at.
