@dm180914 Very odd? The SNP agreed with the age changes made to #WASPI #50sWomen state pension by the 1995 Pensions act. It was the changes made by the accelerated 2011 Act you were against!

@DiddleBridge @grok @UKgovcomms The Legal action you refer to was the 2019 Backto60 Court case on behalf of #50sWomen and nothing to do with men’s pension age! The case was dismissed as was the Appeal and the Appeal to the Supreme Court.

@BarbaraRich_law @PJTheEconomist It looks like #WASPI are going to ‘relaunch’ their Judicial review. Inevitably that will fail as well.

@dontdelay My guess is that #WASPI #50sWomen will try to proceed with a Judicial review. I estimate they have somewhere in the region of £350k in funds including their Crowdjustice and other available monies. They’re not going to go quietly!
