Grassmere is working in Courtland ON at Lockhart’s odyssey building a Boat display to display the latest Boat models available.

This building additional in London is now entirely constructed. The mechanical & electrical are installed and the demising wall between the existing and new building has been removed. Soon @MitsairInc will be able to move its inventory into the additional 12,500 SF.

As part of the architectural design, we wanted to keep the columns, beams, bracing and liner panel exposed in some areas to celebrate the pre-engineered metal structure.

Day 1 of steel erection at Lockhart's Odyssey recreational dealership. We've designed, engineered and are now constructing a unique structure to help Lockhart's best display their marine vehicles. This is one of several projects we've completed for Lockhart's over the years.

The framing for the two-storey curtain wall has begun for the 6,000 SF office at Goss Global's new manufacturing plant in Strathroy. Working in that office with all the natural light will be like a dream.
