JUNE 2026. TITLE: WHEN AFRICANS FLEE AFRICA— A FAILURE OF MIND, NOT BORDERS.

THE SITUATION: 27–28 June 2026 | SOUTH AFRICA 🇿🇦. Reports Reaching Us!

1. President Yoweri Museveni has directed Uganda 🇺🇬 Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Works & Transport to evacuate Ugandan nationals stranded in South Africa.

2. Acting Foreign Minister Haruna Kasolo confirms: 746 Ugandans registered with the Embassy for evacuation after 1 Ugandan national was killed on 25 June during escalating anti-immigrant vigilante violence.

3. Deadline Pressure: Groups like Operation Dudula and March and March have set a 30 June deadline for removal of undocumented foreigners, threatening a national shutdown. President Ramaphosa has called the deadline unlawful and deployed security forces.

4. The Exodus: Hundreds of Ugandans, Malawians, Mozambicans, and others are leaving on their own. Other African governments have begun similar evacuations.

THE HARD QUESTION:

“What does it say about regional unity when African governments are evacuating their own people from another African country instead of resolving this together?”

PROF. KEN G. MORKA RESPONDS:

“When you control a man’s thinking you do not have to worry about his actions. And when you control a nation’s thinking, you do not have to worry about its borders. Right now, fear is controlling our thinking.”

“No nation can be built with mental slavery, bitterness, selfishness, self-hatred. And no continent can be united when Africans see other Africans as foreigners in Africa.”

“We did not chase colonisers out of Africa so that Africans could chase Africans out of Africa.”

1. THE DIAGNOSIS: THIS IS MENTAL SLAVERY, NOT POLICY

PROF. KEN G. MORKA SAYS:
“A colonised mind sees a neighbour as a threat. A decolonised mind sees a neighbour as a brother with a different ID number.”

What is happening is not only about documents. It is about 4 poisons:

1. Mental Slavery:The idea that “Africa is not for Africans” unless you were born in that ward.

2. Bitterness: Poverty turned inward, fighting the man next to you instead of the system above you.

3. Selfishness: “My country first” without “Our continent first.”

4. Self-Hatred: Hating the African face in the mirror, then hating it in your street.

Result: We evacuate our own from Africa, while we beg for unity at AU Summits.

2. THE COST: WE LOSE THE UNBORN

“You are not fighting for applause. You are fighting for the unborn African child. What Africa will that child inherit if we are busy evacuating each other?”

The Cost of June 2026:
1. Blood: One Ugandan life lost on 25 June. Blood on African soil, by African hands.

2. Trust: 746 Ugandans, plus Malawians, Mozambicans. Trust between wards, between nations, broken.

3. Vision: The Mandate says “From Poorest to Richest, All Communities by 2028.” You cannot build a rich continent by running from each other.

We must install now:
1. LOYALTY – To Africa first, then to nation.

2. INTEGRITY– Law must be applied without mob justice.

4. DISCIPLINE – Deal with documentation through systems, not violence.

5. RESPONSIBILITY – Leaders must speak to people, not at people.

6. COMMITMENT– AU, SADC, EAC must meet now, not after funerals.

7. COMPASSION – A Mozambican trader is not your enemy. Poverty is.

8. HONESTY – Tell the truth: Jobs, borders, and crime need joint solutions.

9. CONSISTENCY – Unity cannot be a summit speech. It must be street practice.

10. PASSION– Passion for Africa that protects all Africans.

GLOBAL DECLARATION | MANDATE 2028:
From Poorest to Richest, All Communities”

IN CONTEXT THE GREAT MISSION OF OUR TIME- FREEING AFRICA FROM MENTAL SLAVERY FOR THE UNBORN AFRICAN CHILD.

THE DECLARATION: “The great mission of our time is to free Africa from mental slavery. The decolonisation of the mind is the war we must win for the sake of the unborn African child.”

This is not a speech. This is a summons. This is a war cry.

1. THE ENEMY: MENTAL SLAVERY.

PROF. KEN G. MORKA SAYS:
“Colonisation took our land with guns. Neo-colonisation keeps our land with ideas. The most dangerous prison has no walls. It is in the mind.”

“A man in mental chains will build his master’s house and call it freedom. Until the mind is free, the hands will always be busy, but the nation will remain poor.”

What Mental Slavery Looks Like:
Bitterness that replays yesterday. Selfishness that eats alone. Self-hatred that despises the African name. We cannot build the Promised Land with slavery mindset.

The National Executive of Zambia 🇿🇲 convened today, 27 June 2026, for its first-ever hybrid meeting, combining both physical and virtual participation.

ATTENDANCE: This historic session was attended by: Mrs. Matildah Mwamba – Newly Appointed Deputy National Secretary General
Dr. Annie Sampa – National Project Director, Lusaka Deputy National Business Director

PROCEEDINGS: While the hybrid media format required additional time for technical coordination, the meeting was highly fruitful. Full participation was recorded from all members, and several critical decisions for the July-December 2026 rollout were adopted.

GLOBAL OFFICE NOTE: “This meeting marks a new era for the Movement in Zambia 🇿🇲. Technology did not divide us. The Mandate united us. When comrades choose commitment over comfort, distance disappears and decisions are made.”

DECOLONISATION OF THE MIND (Pt6).

CHOICE: PAIN OF DISCIPLINE OR PAIN OF REGRET

Comrades, colonisation was never only about land. First they took the mind. Then the hands followed.

“When you control a man’s thinking you do not have to worry about his actions. That is why mental slavery is the first enemy in our 5-War Mandate.” — Prof. Ken G. Morka

I. DECOLONISE THE MIND, LIBERATE THE HANDS:

“Most of our limitations come from within. Until the African mind is free, the African hand will build prisons instead of palaces.”

Colonial thinking says: “You are poor. You are late. You cannot.”

Decolonised thinking says: “Africa is a Sea of Wealth. My blood is Africa. My mind is my first factory.”

ThinkDeep Action in Every Ward:
Reject the lie of inferiority. Read African inventors, African kingdoms, African solutions.
Guard your mental energy. “Be careful who you argue with. The battle is against poverty, not one another.” See with the eyes of light. Somedays are dark, but a decolonised mind beholds light and builds from it.

THE PAIN OF DISCIPLINE
This is the pain of waking early to study. The pain of saying “no” to drugs, gossip, division. The pain of building skills when no one is clapping.The pain of consistency in your ward when there is no camera.

Result of Discipline: Dignity. Jobs. Wealth. Honour. A free mind.

THE PAIN OF REGRET:
This is the pain of “I should have started.” The pain of blaming the system while doing nothing. The pain of a youth with energy but no skill. The pain of watching another generation leave Africa poorer.

Section 35: Arrested, Detained and Accused Persons—— Everyone who is arrested, detained or accused has specific rights, including: to remain silent; to be informed promptly of the reason for arrest; to a lawyer; to be brought before court within 48 hours; to be released if interests of justice permit; to a fair trial; to be presumed innocent; not to be tried for an act that was not an offence when committed; etc.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Section 36: Limitation of Rights—- The rights may only be limited in terms of law of general application to the extent that the limitation is reasonable and justifiable in an open and democratic society.

Section 37: States of Emergency—— A state of emergency may be declared, but only certain rights may be limited and others are non-derogable, e.g. dignity, life, equality, freedom from torture, etc.

Section 38: Enforcement of Rights—- Anyone listed in this section has the right to approach a competent court, alleging that a right in the Bill of Rights has been infringed or threatened, and the court may grant appropriate relief.

KEY PRINCIPLE: Section 7(1): “This Bill of Rights is a cornerstone of democracy in South Africa 🇿🇦. It enshrines the rights of all people in our country and affirms the democratic values of human dignity, equality and freedom.”
