It SHOULD still be difficult to prove and the courts should err VERY MUCH on the side of caution... but if intention can be demonstrated it should very much be considered a sex crime.

He could very well be guilty, but conflating miscommunication/misadventure with actual crimes ALSO doesn't help. Even when "building a pattern of behaviour"

@sas_yvonne The problem being MANY women will complain (to an abusive degree) if things aren't done the way THEY want it.
Is it every woman? No.
But it IS a lot of women, and somehow never part of the conversation.
For instance, if a woman think towels can be "folded wrong" she's the problem

Women have their crosses to bear. This aint one of them.

A woman who is COMPLETELY out of control will get sympathy as well as condescention.
A woman can outright murder her own children & ppl will be concerned about why she did it.
A man can't even raise his voice w/o being a threat.

Some ppl just seem to pick & choose what allegations should be believed w/o evidence, & which would be dismissed DESPITE evidence... & the pattern being obvious.

(minor spoiler) A char in Sanderson's Stormlight Archives is paralyzed & can't be healed. She's awesome. Her disability is not ignored.

I've made similar arguments when Trump was accused over his locker room bragging. As if a tall, famous billionaire is WRONG in his assessment about getting women... >< (& I despise the man)

Though if you're the "right" identity it seems no amount of proof is enough :P
