@SamsungSupport, Thanks for the worst washer/dryer. Got a flex washer/dryer a year ago. Had to replace it. Washer broke again in the middle of the wash. Took 11 days for the tech to open the door but the clothes smell and the washer smells. And the washer is still broken.
