Random thought of the day. If my kids get their own car while i still drive “our” car though it’s technically husband’s car and everyone knows it then its going to make “us” (me and my multiple colorful personalities) very very unpalatable
Though I don’t look like an Indian even if I’m an Indian I’ve always felt like an Indian. More so.. ever since I come here in the States. And whenever India do something amazing I feel very proud. End of rant. Good work Chandrayaan 3. Absolutely brimming with pride. Yes I Am
@narendramodi Would like to hear your stance on Manipur conflict. Possibly a promise to end it. Too many innocent lives lost. Too many children without a home to return to. Please make it stop.
And pretty please lift the internet ban from Manipur. It’s been a month already and it’s not helping anyone. My children miss talking to their grandparents in video calls. @NBirenSingh
Everything is in ashes now. It’s time to rebuild and heal. It’s time to show that we live in a civilized society and the power holders of India should step up and take strict action against those who are still causing havoc to our once peaceful State Manipur.

I’m a Meitei and I’m a Christian. And that’s rare. Only few #MeiteiChristian around. However.. growing up I never felt any different. Because in Manipur we accept all religion and caste. No one gets persecuted based on these differences..
It’s easy to club things together. It started that way.. Some miscreant of specific ethnic burnt down houses near the hill area and next day the other ethnic decided to take revenge on anyone who is of that ethnicity residing in the valley. Opened a can of worms
Like most I like to keep my political opinions to myself. Don’t really care for them either. But this time i had to say something. Coz our small State is burning. And our small Voice matters… #ManipurBurning
My heart goes out to the homes burnt in Manipur. A home is sacred and a shelter. A place of memories and love. And now in ashes. No one deserves this. No one.
As i grow older I realize that we are all racist inside. The difference is the degree of asshole-ness one have. Some holes are bigger than blackhole. And some asshole are just trying to fill a hole by tearing new holes
