@pixelsmixel Affirmations are not helpful when we feel like we are lying. For affirmations to empower us, they are at their strongest when they are 1) present tense, 2) simple, 3) realistic, 4) about what is happening (rather than things you are not).
Welcome to my Ted Talk. Party On, Wayne.
@ItsShackul Now that it’s not midnight, what do those regrets you were feeling tell you about what is important to you and how you want to handle similar situations in the future?
@seenabobeena It’s surprisingly easy. You take everything you love, appreciate, find joy in, and are thankful for, everyone one who builds you up and matters to you, then push them away. Build towering walls of shame, and hide.
It’s expensive though. Based on your file, wouldn’t recommend.
@RealRicheyPlays @seenabobeena @ItsShackul Whether we rage, fight, write runes of power, entreat higher authorities, lay on healing hands, use music to inspire, or turn into a mama bear; we stand together as a party no matter where we come from or the color of our skin. #BlackLivesMatter
