@OfficialSoweto True. I would add individual responsibility to that. At some point, each and every one of must come to accept that we have more power and even duty to carry others with us as we grow in knowledge whether about investments or elections. Government can't do this alone!

Zambians need to rid of this mentality that our state security does not know what they are doing. We don't know half the things these people know and can do, and they don't just do things from without. But your problem is that you underestimate what you don't know!
