If you are serious about gaining weight, going to the gym shouldn’t be your only focus. I put on 20+ lbs in the last 12mos by eating right too!! Weekly meal prepping for my school lunches def helps.

1-2 w both being productive AB’s
1st AB = Grounder to 2nd advanced runner from 2nd to 3rd who eventually scored.
2nd AB = Solid contact over CF’s head for standup inside-the-park HR.
