@OpsHQs Protesting the President out of uniform is one thing, but protesting him IN UNIFORM is an entirely different issue, it is illegal, and you canโt actively protest and speak against the President as a service member, itโs considered mutiny, shame on Jason Watson.
Tet Offensive: Battle of Saigon (1968) ๐บ๐ธ๐ป๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ
On January 31, 1968, Viet Cong forces launched surprise attacks across South Vietnam, triggering intense urban combat in the heart of Saigon.
One of the most dramatic battles unfolded at the U.S. Embassy, where Viet Cong commandos breached the compound before being eliminated by U.S. Marines and security forces.
U.S. and South Vietnamese troops fought block by block, backed by tanks, artillery, and helicopter support, to drive Communist forces from the city and restore control over key positions.
Although the offensive ended in a military defeat for the Communist forces, it became a major psychological turning point in the Vietnam War.
