Today I celebrate my birthday with many mixed emotions.
I feel blessed to have lived the life before Coronavirus(B.C),currently experiencing life under Lockdown,and looking forward to life after Coronavirus.Thanks to my loving family for being a pillar of my strength and support.
Just concluded a meeting of the #NationalCommandCouncil where we were focused on a risk adjusted strategy to resume economic activity. I am now meeting with leaders of political parties represented in Parliament for further consultations ahead of tonight’s address. #COVID19
The Covid-19 pandemic is now reaching a tactical phase.The President must now strike a balance between preventing spread of the virus and preventing collapse of the economy.With the available Covid data, threat of social economic instability ,it is a tough call for the President.
