By getting more practice at race levels, you can solve the race time problems. More practice = easier to perform on race day!

[GreatLakesAthletics @GreatLakesAth]

Timing your reaction raises the intensity of the workout to race levels. This brings out the errors that only seem to happen during races.

[GreatLakesAthletics @GreatLakesAth]

Why train with full commands and reaction? Errors that only appear during a race are more easily fixed by emulating the race.

[GreatLakesAthletics @GreatLakesAth]

Any master's or unattached athletes out there that train by yourself, the next few posts are for you! #usatf #masters

[GreatLakesAthletics @GreatLakesAth]

Great speed session yesterday. Getting the kinks out one day at a time!
