Welfare, SNAP, section 8- none of these things should be free money handed to people. There should be specific places they have to go to collect food, necessities and designated TEMPORARY free housing units. IT SHOULD BE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO PEOPLE TO REIEVE HANDOUTS. THEY SHOULDNT BE FEELING LIKE THEY LIVE BETTER AND EASIER THAN THE REST OF US. WHICH THEY DO! If they cannot find work, there should be mandatory jobs they have to work to recieve any benefits.
