@Lbslng When I did,another money for the journey from Barracks to CMS was deducted from my card instead of a refund. So I payed about N800 or N900 for a journey of N300.
I really do not know how u'll do it, but I want a refund.

@Lbslng I have a complaint which I wish would be resolved here. I boarded a bus from mile 2 to CMS yesterday and when they tapped my card, the money for Barracks to CMS was deducted. they are supposed to tap again but didn't. When we got to CMS, the driver told me to swipe it again
