@merseyrail Why didn't they at least drop us at rice line or Fazakerley if the trespasser is between Fazakerley and kirkby? And why did your driver tell us all to wait for 7 minutes for a train he knew wasn't coming?? Appalling customer service
@merseyrail The train line app has the 8.11 headbolt line as cancelled however this doesn't appear to be updated on the MR website... is their data more up to date and accurate than yours on your own services?
