Another QB I’m excited to watch this season is Tyler Green, the transfer to John Carroll, at 6’2”, 210 pounds.
Three things stand out on film:
1)The play is never dead with him.
2)He can fit the football into tight windows.
3)He trusts his receivers and isn’t afraid to throw a 50/50 ball, giving his guys a chance to make a play.
John Carroll’s offense just got a lot more interesting with Green under center.

@ByJonWalker How can McDermott watch his guards play keep away from his best scorer repeatedly game after game?Swartz stands in the corner while they dribble down the shot clock and/or turn it over with impunity.1/2 his looks come with the shot clock under 3.Swartz has to get better touches
@QuincyAvery I see similarities with baseball instruction.Bodies move differently, but coaches stick to a philosophy!Square peg/round hole scenario too often. Also “real vs feel” is a thing. Kid w/ bad hips may need to “feel” that to get right. Doesn't make it the right cue for everybody.🤷♂️
