As part of her work, she lead tours of the Israeli–Gaza border to raise awareness about the struggles of Gaza's residents.
On October 7, those residents broke through the border and came to her home. They didn't kidnap her. She was just murdered. It took a month to identify what remained of her.
Such an ironic end to Gaza's greatest friend in Israel. Let this be a lesson to anyone who considers walking in her path: a scorpion cannot change his nature.
