@ainge_man I was amazed the share price went up. The whole story is about giving a massive loan to a failing company with huge cash burn issues. I suspect plug will get sold into component parts in a few years. It’s spread itself too far.
@ainge_man Did they also receive $9m for AEM R&D too? If I were Enapter I would be worried. They can scale membrane to a much larger size so could actually have a useful solution.
@Enapter “Look at that perceived issue with a really high performing technology over there… just don’t ask us how our tech performs against it…” usual sniping from @Enapter … now do Alkaline. Keep pointing fingers. Make sure no one compares your tech to anything actually relevant…
@wind4me@PlugPowerInc This is not good news. This is a failing company that has just been propped up. They will have offered huge warranties to win business which with destroy their balance sheet as a non-cash item. Wait till Wall St figures the out and the shorts pile in.
@tixhonjm Nope. Not even close. Siemens system is a clunky 17.5MW unit. Any other PEM system would entirely outstrip this production rate just by building a 17.5MW stack. It’s just a rubbish system - ask anyone in the industry. The clue is to look at the current density.
@ainge_man Samsung C&T are very active in the middle east. Great work by Nel to sell them some kit. Probably the mist notable deal Nel have done in 12 months as its a huge potential partner
