#AdaptedPE Bowling Tip 4/5: Make it fun! My new favorite is Bowling Bingo! Get the free 10 pin cards from @RHEPE1 & the 6 pin card on a free bingo card maker website- laminate and use expo markers! Mark off the number of pins you knockdown in one (harder) or two rolls (easier).

3) if a ring slides completely behind goal line it stays and counts 1 point.

🪣“Catch 20”🎲 S’s try to catch dice in bucket to add to score. Goal is to get exactly 20. If score goes over 20, then go back to 15 and continue. Yell 2️⃣0️⃣ if successful then play again! S’s were motivated and had fun! #physed

Students can choose to walk outside the cones or run the rainbow in the middle of the gym. Each completed lap earns them a bracelet. Students can then risk a bracelet or two at the hula hoops. High number wins!

@BoPhillips10 Part 2. We’ve been completing a modified PACER this week. I don’t do “fitness testing” but we do fitness challenges. Our middle school PE teachers have been asking elempe to preteach Ss on the PACER, so I made a modified version where Ss will max out at 50.
