Yum! We recently hosted a @BarrFdn staff outting at our Teaching Kitchen. The room was filled to the brim with collaboration and joy- we're so grateful to be in community with partners who invest in the environmental justice work we're doing in Chelsea and East Boston.

Our Teaching Kitchen crew cooked up all sorts of deliciousness this week including Pan de Muerto (Mexican Bread of the Dead), shrimp and grits 😋 and Sinanglay (a Filipino fish dish).

This past Wednesday, our ECO Youth led a Bike Tour bringing together local youth and residents for a fun fall event! 🚲 This is just one of the many ways ECO Youth fosters community-building through youth-led activities and strengthens connections with local youth networks. 🍂

Thanks Chef Ashley for teaching our community how to make some of our favorite take-out foods from scratch. We had a blast learning how to make dumplings and crab rangoon. Learning how to enjoy home-made cooking is a great part of a healthy lifestyle. #healthequity #healthyliving
