We are excited to be hosting a #MNGreenCorps@AmeriCorps member this year during the AmeriCorps 30th anniversary! Eliza Messinger (she/her) will serve for 11 months supporting efforts with the GreenStep Cities and Tribal Nations programs.
She will provide participants with the tools, training, and assistance needed to take local #climate and #sustainability action and work to further scale efforts by engaging with the wider community.
The City of Plymouth has joined the GreenStep City initiative – making it the 147th city in the state to participate in the voluntary program designed to help cities achieve their sustainability and quality-of-life goals 🌿🌳
Plymouth has long been focused on environmental impact, and officially enrolling in the GreenStep Cities program is a way to formally join other cities in the state that share similar goals.
