@RandyRRQuaid Yea Randy. Did a power walk last evening, 4 hours plus a little. 16.12 second miles average for 15 miles. I could give myself shin splints so at age 69 I gotta take 2 day rest instead of one. I spend all day horse whipping myself to get motivated, evenings are the best, stubborn.
