Tajikistan national, Abdulmanon Aliev, 50, who targeted and cornered a 13YO girl on a train to London before subjecting her to a prolonged abhorrent sexual attack, has been jailed for just 12 years.

Not mention of refugee Aliev being deported in court - he needs to be!
