🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: These are the NEW rules that will be used at the World Cup!

• A player who is substituted will have 10 seconds to leave the field. If he takes longer, the player coming in must wait at least 1 minute before entering.

• If a player asks for medical assistance on the field, he must leave the pitch for one minute. (exceptions can be made)

• If the referee thinks time is being wasted on a throw-in or goal kick, he will start a 5-SECOND countdown. If the ball is not put back into play in time, the throw-in will be given to the other team, or in the case of a goal kick, a corner kick will be awarded to the opposing team.

• VAR will be able to review second yellow cards or corner kicks if it detects a mistake.

I was charged with Felony Assault and locked up without bail when I played for BYU. Attempted Murder chargers were pending.

Anytime a @Utah_Football or @BYUfootball player gets arrested we need to try our hardest to reserve judgement until we have all the facts.
