@DouchebagPJ@tradwife29 If the point of the church is not tradition of the faith, or preservation of the faith, so that more may come to know christ, then what is the point of the church?
@poperespecter1 The lack of good faith from those who are opposed to sspx tells you everything you need to know about which side is right, and which side is wrong
@TaylorRMarshall Why couldn't rome have just said, no 4 is too many but you can have 1 because we see the value in what you preserve and the damage it would cause to excommunicate you. Instead they ignored them, and said we give you nothing. Very unreasonable, but tell me if I'm missing something
@DouchebagPJ@tradwife29 Kinda starting to feel that way. The whole point of Catholicism is that it retains the tradition of the faith. How can anyone look at this situation and not see that the opposite has happened. Not just that modernism has crept in, but that tradition is being forced out purposely.
@krisishidd6268@CatholicArena There is no "anti homosexual" stuff, its all "anti sin". If what you are doing is sinful, or if you advocate for sin, you are cutoff from God's Grace. This is not my own view, but the teaching of Jesus Christ, the one true God who conquered death.
@krisishidd6268@CatholicArena There is the root of your problem. You cannot be both fully Catholic, and fully jewish. Our faith is rooted in a new covenant through Jesus. You want to talk to the angels, thats great, but make sure they arent demons first.
@krisishidd6268@CatholicArena I dont know what you are saying, but I will be praying for you. Jesus is the way the truth and light. Peter was his successor. The church has clarified all of Jesus' teachings. Learn them through that lense, and you will understand and receive Gods Grace, and peace in your life.
@krisishidd6268@CatholicArena My friend, you should really research and learn more about the Catholic church if you are going represent yourself as a Catholic.
@krisishidd6268@CatholicArena Then it sounds like you are looking in the wrong place for the church that you seek. Catholics are required to accept all teachings of the church. Gay sex=sin is one of those teachings.
@krisishidd6268@CatholicArena Not sure what church you are attending, but you should go elsewhere. Any Catholic priest that is convincing you that acting on gay impulses is not sinful, has failed you terribly and will have to answer for that at some point. But you have clearly been misled. I will pray for you
@krisishidd6268@CatholicArena Comparing the animal kingdom to the laws set forth for man by God, is a false equivalence. Which is the point I was making.
@krisishidd6268@CatholicArena Being proud of your sin, is also a sin. Perhaps a more egregious sin than that of the actual act of homosexuality. Especially when partnered with the sin of presumption. Which is, "I know God will forgive me acting on lust, so I am going to continue to do it".
@krisishidd6268@CatholicArena to your point about the animal kingdom being gay, they also kill their own children. Is it also your position that murder and abortion are acceptable in the view of the church, God, or scripture?
@krisishidd6268@CatholicArena This is unnatural worldview, inconsistent with the teaching of the bible. Sorry bud, but I didnt make the rules. God made man and woman, for eachother. Any deviation from this is a violation against nature and God. Those impulses are purely lust and as such are sinful.
