@YackerApp @em_ayliffe I worked with nswdpi for 27 years. My advice is just put yourself forward. Turn up in person. Ag is not a 9-5 job but work ethic is recognised and rewarded. Stay off your phone don’t goof off. Ask questions. Start with farm exp. Build a network. Have fun

@burgess_ag Hi Sam it is something that needs discussion early in the family. Lack of communication inevitably causes great angst and resentment and blows families apart when the next generation turn 50 and still no clear knowledge of what they’re really working towards
