@0000gway@PratikxPatel I’ve had this too. It’s from dehydration as water gets pulled into your muscles. Just drink more water and avoid doing a loading phase
@levelsio You’ll need to be shoulder pressing 3, perhaps even 4 times a week to hit 80kg at 75kg bodyweight. It’s achievable but right on the margin. The press is extremely sensitive to even small changes out of the groove
@byjonathanleung@0xLienid@davefontenot And definitely a product that can be in the life-changing category for some people. I regularly meet users with >2000 sessions. That being said, the feature set is limited and there is massive scope to make improvements on the concept IMO
@byjonathanleung@0xLienid@davefontenot It’s very useful! Much easier to stick with a morning routine for example, if it’s scheduled every day at 7am and you know someone will be waiting for you. Even better if you tend to meet the same person each morning.

I’m increasingly of the belief that incentive design is the most important problem to work on. Humans are good at overcoming obstacles when they have reason to do so — the worst problems tend to be ones of cooperation, not technological or scientific understanding.
