The busy month helped push YTD estimated valuation totals over $1 Billion.

Apartments are heating up again!

We issued permits for 5 separate projects in the month of November alone, for a total of more than 1100 units. That's more than double the amount of units we had permitted in the entire year previously. (888 units)
