The care service is in crisis. You seriously need to rethink your immigration policy for care workers and their dependents. All of my parents carers who have arrived from Africa have brought their children. This was part of their incentive to work in the UK.

@greateranglia just home after our Cambridge train broke down in Trowse. Waited 2 and half hours for a rescue train from Colchester. We didn’t need it in the end as an engineer got on and turned the train off and on again. 5 minute reboot and travelled the 3 mins to Norwich😂

@greateranglia This is not the programme that was promised when the new trains were announced. Instead the service has got worse and worse as the trains are failing and you are introducing more of these old commuter trains which are impossible to effectively work on.
