Here is my wild-ass guess: the pyramid was an early warning system constructed for detection of incoming flood resulting from an Earth's axial tilt (see ECDO theory by @EthicalSkeptic) and the "labyrinth" was a shelter for the local community built so they could survive it. I could be very wrong.

Caitlin, it'd help if you explained how the bankers bought Palestine in 1917, populated it with European Jews, turned it into a state a few years later for the purpose of using its intelligence agencies to influence politics of other countries.
