Groundsman / Facility Maintenance Operative Required

Billericay Town F.C.

Billericay Town FC are looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking individual to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the club’s artificial pitch and stadium facilities.

Role Details

* Part-time: 25 hours per week
* Monday to Friday
* Some flexibility around matchdays may occasionally be required

Main Duties

* Maintenance and care of the club’s 3G artificial pitch
* Regular brushing, cleaning, and presentation of playing surfaces
* General stadium and ground maintenance
* Assisting with matchday setup and preparation
* Ensuring equipment and surrounding areas are kept tidy and safe

The Ideal Candidate

* Practical maintenance or grounds experience preferred
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Takes pride in maintaining high standards
* Interest in football desirable
* Full driving licence beneficial but not essential
