On Saturday, May 23, at 5:41 p.m, #BurlingtonOPP received multiple complaints about the driving behaviour of a vehicle on the #QEW Toronto bound coming into Burlington.
The vehicle was also involved in a minor fail to remain collision and failed to remain at the scene.
Officers located the vehicle and arrested and charged the 43-year-old male G1 driver from North York with:

▪️Dangerous Operation
▪️Failure or Refusal to Comply with Demand
▪️Operation While Prohibited
▪️Drive Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available
▪️Fail to Remain
▪️Drive Motor Vehicle - Not Equipped with Ignition Interlock Device
▪️Class G1 Licence Holder - Drive on Prohibited Highway
▪️Class G1 Licence Holder - Unaccompanied by Qualified Driver
