@united I chose my seats together. The United employees verified that. Like I said, I think they just wanted to punish me for not paying for the higher-priced seats. Good thing I didn't have my special needs son with us. He'd be all alone.

@united 👎👎👎After selecting my seats online at booking for a trip to Hawaii, they spread my family out all over the plane. Instead of being by my wife and kids, we were all sat next to strangers. Customer service simply stated: reservations...meh
