Today we played @Flipgrid musical chairs! App smash with video creation and flipgrid. Listening and responding in French and the students had fun and were moving around! Win, Win!! #FlipgridFever#pycsdpl#frenchclass
“Thank you for breakfast!”
“Thank you for letting us know we aren’t alone.”
Kindness Card Club in action. These kids melt my heart. ❤️ #itsgoodtobeamustang#pyproud@PYSupt
Trying something new and offering a bunch of different options for a book study (cant really call it a book club) on decisions and consequences for my juniors! They can also recommend and justify a book for themselves if they choose... #pyproud#pycsdpl
Providing students with more processing time is tricky in fast paced school environments. Especially for people like me who talk a lot!
When it is important information, it pays to speak less & wait longer. Counting in your head can help.

Teachers don't want to be taken for granted, but don't take your admin for granted either. Remember they are people, not robots either. Sometimes they get stressed, run down, & feel unappreciated too. Give them encouragement, support, & appreciation & see how it makes their day!
I’m sure I’ve walked by this a hundred times and never noticed it hidden in the corner. How incredibly thoughtful! The little paper umbrella also made me laugh out loud! #pyproud @kjohnson_mrs
We can't assume a classroom w/ good curriculum & technology automatically equals success. Pro sports teams, who have the best of everything, have only one team who wins it all. It takes effective leadership & putting the right people in the right places on the team to succeed.
