Are you a qualified ACP looking for a rewarding position involving leadership and education alongside rewarding autonomous clinical work?

@NUHAMACP @han_polak@robinallan1 Congratulations both! Great to see you are spreading the word about the excellent ways ACPs in NUH are encouraged and supported to develop in the 4 pillars.
@HelenBevan@PennyPereira1@DrAmarShah@NHSConfed Hmm. I see myself as a senior clinical leader. Number 6 I agree with, number 5 I can see something in, but the top 4 are utterly meaningless to staff delivering the service, including me.
@MrTMills60 @frankdevocht Interesting indeed. I'm always suspicious of graphs where something unusual has been done, particularly when there is no explanation for why. There's an underlying agenda 🕵️
Is there anyone out there who is using software for their case allocation in Urgent Community Response? We are looking for such a solution in @nhsswft .
It would be great to hear how other Trusts have got on with using this sort of thing.
What can we learn from the death of the #Queen?
The world has watched her live through the process of #OrdinaryDying, and yet dying went unspoken, un-named.
Let's notice what nobody mentioned: we all saw the Queen going through the stages of ordinary dying.
A 🧵...

Home from a busy, but rewarding weekend of Urgent Community Response. It's a good job I don't want a bath, a shower or to sit at the table @NGHCartwright1 😂
I’m as sad as everyone else is to hear the news that surely means #TheQueen’s life is expected to be drawing to a close (if indeed she hasn’t already died). But a peaceful death after a very long life, very well lived is as good as it gets.
One of our ACP’s @lochie561 is undertaking a massive challenge this year for the charity @CombatStress cycling unsupported from John O’Groats to Lands End, 980miles! Please support if you can. Good luck Anthony!!! https://t.co/LC6UI6BF2N @NUHAMACP
