@JeffreyFDunn @UofRegina I disagree. Performance review does not take into account only grants but also teaching. I know many profs who after getting tenure do virtually nothing. Sunnybrook does not have tenure. Nobody complaints. Not renewing the contracts has been rare and justified.

@ProfXGolay I am afraid that more then 20. USSR lost 21. True some of them were from Asian part but at least half was from Europe. Add 2 mln Poles, 5 mln Jees, Germańska etc ..
