Released in 1978, the same year Jerry went to Egypt with the Dead, it remains his only studio album credited to the Jerry Garcia Band. It also gave us one of his most beloved album covers, with Stanley Mouse drawing on Egyptian iconography as the Dead prepared for their historic performances at the Great Pyramids of Giza.
