@CostaCoffee Why is the quality and taste of your coffee is so variable recently? I can order the same coffee on the same day from two different stores, and the first can be excellent and the second disgustingly undrinkable. Consistency is a huge reason to go to Costa.

Beware of using @HelloFreshUK - their service was once decent but now very poor. Boxes arrive late, and yesterday, not at all. Customer service is hopeless
