I keep trying to create videos, sharing a bit of how VeVe’s augmented reality transforms imagination into something real.
Creativity + AR = a new way to experience collecting. 💙📱

Fashion. Power. Presence.
Marvel’s Hellfire Gala digital collectibles are coming to VeVe, featuring standout looks from Emma Frost and Magik inspired by one of Marvel’s most visually iconic events.
First NFT appearance of Nightwing shot in AR with the #VeVe iOS app against his original comic 1st Appearance “Tales of the Teen Titans 44” (1984) - one of my favs.
@veve_official has progressed on so many levels since I started minting Todd Batmans in Mar 2021.

@Marconveve After the burn🔥, these first nft appearance of Blackpink are very scarce.
Yes, would love to see these upgraded and animated, just like veve did for Ritmo. What a surprise.

Okay some random things I learned at the Auckland community catchup:
* New upgraded AR and mobile VeVeverse coming
* Elektra might be getting a makeover for new drop
* Not very good at VeVe quizzes, a little worse than David but much better than Dan!
* No plans for Dynamite collectibles (Red Sonia or Vampirella) but seed planted
* Dan owns a shed loads of Donny’s
* @VeveVideo has an absolutely epic collection
* Epic functionality being able to search by mint number in market on the way
* Ability to reach out to owners in ap for mints you are after
* VeVe Nz staff are super nice and passionate about the business

How to compete with @veve_official and their $OMI token in 2026.
Earlier this year VeVe was gaining around 350 new users per week, Or about 50 new users per day. From May 14 - 18th VeVe gained a little over 1100 new users. Or about 80 new users per week. Today? Over 100 new users.
This is why very few other NFT leaders mention VeVe. Remeber that one episode of Gilmore Girls where Lorelai is asking Luke why he doesn't want her goin to April's birthday? He says "Because they'll like you better. You're like a cartoon character! I wouldn't want to hang out with me after meeting you!"
It's the same thing here. I have @LilPudgys@veefriends and plan to get a MAYC soon. I have respect for all of the brands that have helped save the web 3 space these last few years. Apes, Punks, Moonbirds, Milady Makers, Chimpers and countless more. All with their talent, grit, determination, and sheer force of will. But put yourself in the shoes of an up and coming brand trying to onboard people to web 3. Why mention VeVe? Once people find out that you can get First Appearance Spider-Man, Superman, Batman, Darth Vader, etc. it's over. All of these dynamic characters in their AR glory! Some with sound an animation! Who's gonna care about 2D jpegs after that?!
The blueprint to compete is to double down on the things that you do differently than VeVe. But it's hard.
The good NFT projects out there don't just have a jpeg collection and nothing else. They don't just have "good vibes" or a "fun community." They have real world partnerships and revenues from those partnerships. Which you'll need to compete with VeVe.
I've seen other platforms celebrate after doing a drop that grosses them 5 figures. Which is great! A win for anyone in web 3 is a win for everyone!
But let me finish this with a quick story of what VeVE did last week. VeVe did a surprise drop for their own IP. No marketing, no hype, just the people who were on the app mass texting everyone else who wasn't on the app to go get the surprise drop. They did this drop at the worst possible time! Their users has already spent 700k on the app that month already, and they were about to drop absolute bangers for the last two days of the month where users would spend another 108k! And guess what?! They sold out their surprise drop, grossing 15k. In 20 minutes, late at night, with no marketing.
And if you can't double down on what you do differently than VeVe, maybe it's time to join them. Do a drop with them and let that cross pollination of communities happen. Elmon X and Doodles are about to do so. Why not you? Why not grab the attention of a community that's growing by the thousands each month?! Thank you for your time.
