Proud of my wife! Accuse me of me being biased but you're an amazing nurse, you were a brilliant CNM and you'll be the best Matron at JHC! But more importantly you're the perfect woman, ever! I'm proud of you and what you do! We've got your back!
We talk about wanting a healthier lives for our patients, but if we don't practice what we preach, then who are we to give advise. Let's lead by example, let us show what feels is impossible is possible. Let's inspire and ignite determination for our service users. #elft
Watch out NHS, the Nursing Associates are gonna show you how it's done. The trained skills as a registered nurse and that warmth a Social Therapist brings to the table. #elft#jhc#forensics#AWholeNewMeaninToHolisticCare
So here ends the first year of many I hope as a registered nurse/nursing Associate. My second ยฃ120 pound to be able to provide more in depth care to people that need it, despite them not knowing they need it or want it. It's been a great journey so far! 6 years in mental health.
And my first year as a registered professional. Nursing Associates, you should be proud of what you bring to the table. There isn't a divide anymore, there isn't mental health, physical health and general wellbeing. It's all under one umbrella, and that's what we do!!
Our Nursing Associates have completed a foundation degree and all have secured jobs in mental health and community health services. (Here is the London cohort.) Two amazing years of new experiences, ready for action. No wonder they are beaming! @nmcnews@uniofbeds@CityUniLondon
